NEW YORK CITY TLC
Insurance programs for vehicles under the TLC operating within the 5 boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island) and drivers with licenses out of state i.e., New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut who operate within the limits of New York City – the driver must pick you up or drop you off in five boroughs.
